STEP 1-CRYSTAL NAIL FILE - The crystal file can be used in both directions to file and shape the nail. USE AS OFTEN AS YOU NEED TO.

STEP 2-CLEAN - beginning with the dark Grey pad use firm, even stokes to remove ridges, blemishes and stains leaving the nail smooth and clean. ONLY USE EVERY 2 MONTHS

STEP 3-CONDITION -The white pad is designed to massage the nail and to bring the natural oils to the surface. It also stimulates the blood capillaries under the nail leaving the nail pink and healthy looking. The nail will be left with a velvety matte finish. ONLY USE EVERY 2 MONTHS STEP

4-SHINE - The light grey pad will seal the surface of the nail trapping those oils in and brings the nail up to a beautiful shine which will normally last between a week and 3 weeks. USE AS OFTEN AS YOU NEED TOO
